Return & Refund Policy – Redcure

Thank you for choosing Redcure.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns on Opened Packages
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the package has been opened.
Opened, used, or unsealed products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Returns for Unopened Products
If your package is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Wrong Item
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of arrived with clear photos of the issue.

We will replace the item at no additional cost after verification.

4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
